Yes as we will provide a life vest to use and our crew will keep you close to the boat.
Yes as you need to notify the crew of your condition before entering the water and they will give you a yellow life jacket instead of orange so that guests that need extra attention are watched over closely.
Less than a 5 min walk to the big white tent located at the Royal Watler Terminal where all the tour operators are located inside of the security area.
Depending on traffic congestion it can range from 10min to 20 min shuttle ride.
We try to accommodate all guests and have other later scheduled tours to try to accommodate everyon
Snorkeling stop approx. 45 min, Stingray City approximately 45 min and Starfish point approximately 25 min.
We try to give as much time as possible for each stop, however we want to ensure you also return on time for last Tender so we adjust the schedule if needed to ensure no one misses their cruise ship.
All footwear is prohibited at Stingray City and is a Cayman Law punishable by a hefty fine. All footwear is to be removed before boarding the vessel for all tours.
Yes we can accommodate by setting the wheelchair up in a shaded area in the rear for the guest to sit and observe the tour.
Yes we have many families that attend with young children and can participate in all activities with their parents as we have life vests for all sizes.
